Part 6. Upload necessary documents
ID photo※ Please click "ファイルを選択" and upload your ID photo.

*The photo image must be a high resolution image taken within 3 months and clear with nothing in the background.

NOTE:Your ID photo should not be the same as your passport photo. If you have applied for a COE in the past, the same photo cannot be used.

*Only the page with your ID photo is needed.
Statement of Financial Support (form5)※ Download the form from the email and fill in the required information.
Proof document(s) of Financial Support※ Please read the details described in the form 5 carefully and upload your financial proof.

You must prepare the documents which prove you can support yourself while you are in Japan for your visa application.
How much money you need depends on your exchange period.
You will need either：
・More than 600,000JPY for one semester.
・More than 1,200,000JPY for one academic year.
Please make sure your financial proof shows the above amount.

Confirmed/確認※ 一橋大学及びサポート行政書士法人に、私のCOE申請に必要な個人情報を提供することに同意し、
一橋大学を私のCOE申請の代理人と定めその権限を委任します。
I confirm and agree with providing my personal information to Hitotsubashi University and Support Gyoseishoshi Law Farm, and designate Hitotsubashi University to act as my proxy and certify the staff member(s) to apply for my COE application on my behalf.
